This evolution was particularly evident at the year’s two most important industry forums.
IBC – Innovation, engagement, and commercial momentum
IBC 2025, one of the world’s largest trade shows for TV and video solutions, delivered strong momentum in September. Our booth highlighted our strengths in live sports and drew substantial attention. We conducted more than 200 meetings with customers and partners, underscoring the high level of interest in our solutions. Our ability to deliver high-quality, high-capacity solutions, cloud-based workflows, and network-based time synchronization positions us as a strategic partner for operators and broadcasters worldwide.
The world’s first 400G media solution attracted major attention, while the next generation of Nimbra Edge received a Best of Show Award for its scalable live contribution and remote production capabilities. It was also encouraging to see strong interest in our time synchronization solutions. Around a dozen in-depth discussions on network-based time synchronization, including Time-as-a-Service (TaaS), led to concrete business opportunities.
More than 40 meetings resulted in concrete follow-ups, clearly demonstrating Net Insight’s strengths: we combine technical excellence with tangible business value across everything from premium events to efficient cloud production. This gives us a solid foundation to drive the industry’s future and create value for our shareholders.
ITSF – Time synchronization at the center
Later in the autumn, at ITSF in Prague, the world’s largest synchronization conference, Net Insight received substantial confirmation of the strong and growing interest in our time synchronization solutions. Together with two of the most respected organizations in the field, the UK’s National Physical Laboratory and Finland’s Erillisverkot, we delivered three presentations addressing the topics now dominating the market.
One presentation explored how accurate time can be ensured even in networks with fluctuating quality, an increasingly crucial issue for both 5G operators and critical network providers. Another presentation addressed the rising need to detect and counteract GNSS jamming and spoofing, a topic that has gained urgency due to geopolitical tensions and growing dependence on satellite-based time. The third presentation examined how scalable infrastructures, such as data centers and Open RAN environments, can be equipped with precise time using software-based methods running on standard hardware.
Audience response was strong and underscored both our innovation leadership and the trust Net Insight has earned within the global time synchronization ecosystem. Together, the presentations illustrate how rapidly the requirements for modern synchronization are evolving.
