In light of the global situation with the Coronavirus, Net Insight would like to provide an update to external stakeholders. We closely track the global development, follow the recommendations from national authorities and remain open to adjust our policies as the situation demands.
We have taken a number of measures to limit the spread of the virus and to protect our employees. Including, but not limited to, travel restrictions, increased opportunities to work from home, stricter policies in case of illness symptoms. To this date, none of our employees globally has been diagnosed with the virus.
We remain committed and well-positioned to continue to serve our customers. We keep a relatively high inventory of finished goods and components and don’t have any disruptions in ability to deliver products to our customers. Our component suppliers in China have also resumed production, but with delivery times slightly longer than normal. Key processes, like customer support and R&D, won’t experience any material disruptions nor delays due to the current situation.
We take this seriously and remain open to take additional preventive measures.
