Inside Sales Representative – U.S.
Location: Greater NY area or Central LA area
ABOUT THE ROLE
Net Insight is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for working with new and smaller existing accounts of Net Insight. You will be responsible for being the first line of contact with new customers and work to develop the existing assigned customer base. The role also requires you to engage existing customers in advance to manage annual service /support renewals, cross-sell additional products to drive sales opportunities for the Net Insight Media Network products.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Engage with customers throughout the year to maintain a focus on customer retention.
- Follow up on customer leads generated from trade shows, marketing events and webinars and other Net Insight activities.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Create appointment and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all sales data across all sales systems and Net Insight use of Salesforce as the global CRM system.
- Min 2-3 years’ business experience from an inside sales perspective.
- Experience from media industry, Telecom, Broadcast, OVP, Streaming and or CDN is a strong preference.
- Good technical understanding and ability to articulate solution/product value proposition.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Self-motivated, passion to hunt win and develop
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Some travel required.
