We are now looking for an Onsite Technician to join our IT Department in Stockholm.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Onsite Technician is the first point of contact in many IT related questions and issues, and you will have daily contact with and helping your colleagues within all levels of the organization. The main work task is to work with support of problems related to the use of client computers and the software we provide. You will also review purchases of hardware and software, install and configure clients and be proactive and listen to what the business needs are.
A part of the role is also to work with system administration, mostly focused around managing Active Directory and Office 365 admin centers. This mainly consists of maintenance of user accounts and permission groups, but also more advanced interventions. You will work with management of backup, management and operation of VMware cluster, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. The machine park (server and clients) mainly consists of Windows, but also Linux (Ubantu/Debain).
As Onsite Technician you are part of a team of 3 people, reporting to the IT Manager in Stockholm. We offer you a creative and international environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop and influence the role.
As a person you are passionate about providing good service and you have an interest in IT. You work independently, have good communication skills and take responsibility for your work. You have previous experience from working within IT Support. In this process we will put great emphasis on personal characteristics.
The position is a permanent employment, full time and based at Net Insight’s headquarters in Solna, Stockholm.
