We are now looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to develop further in a global and dynamic business.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an HR Business Partner at Net Insight you will be part of our People team with a total of three HR Business Partners, reporting to the COO. This is an exciting role that includes two major responsibilities.

One part of the role is to be HR BP for some of our business units and work closely with their business management and participate in the local management team. You will drive the HR agenda within the business unit focusing on talent management and employee engagement, coach and support managers in HR-related issues and work with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

The other part of the role is to have responsibility for some of the recurring HR processes during the year, for example employer branding and leadership development. In that role you will drive the processes and develop and globalize company processes and tools.

We are in an exciting phase and there are great opportunities to influence and contribute to our development work.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Academic degree in HR or equivalent
• At least 7 years’ experience from HR work
• Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience from a consulting role is a merit

We believe that you are an experienced HR professional with demonstrated knowledge  of a multitude of human resource disciplines, e.g. employer branding, recruitment and leadership development. Previous experience from a consulting background with process implementation experience is a huge plus.

In order to be successful in this position you must be results-oriented, business minded and have the ability to challenge the organization and drive change. You always strive to simplify and improve processes and ways of working to accelerate our expertise and have a good understanding of the IT/Tech sector. This combined with a natural way of communicating and building relationships will make you a good candidate for the job.
