The solution will enable customers of MX1’s sports and events business unit to view and order on-demand media transport services that are instantly provisioned end-to-end with guaranteed quality of service (QoS).
Introducing on-demand services via a customer self-provisioning portal for sports and events will not only offer state-of-the-art customer convenience to MX1, but will also increase its overall network utilization.
The Customer Provisioned Network solution enhances resource management with clear booking, costs and revenue reports which tremendously simplifies operations, resulting in operational cost savings for both the end customer and the service provider.
